WHAT TO EXPECT




Guests should plan to arrive to the Montego Bay Airport (or a hotel within 10 minutes of the airport) by 1:00 p.m. on Day 1. Upon arrival, guests will be greeted by our smiling driver and an air conditioned van. Our driver will bring you to the retreat location in Treasure Beach on the South Coast of Jamaica.

When you arrive at the retreat you’ll be given a tour of The Villa and local beach before being shown your room. After taking some time to settle in, guests are asked to join the group for an educational and a gentle introduction session.

Our first evening together will be filled with discussion, intention setting and a family style dinner.   

On Day 2 (3 and 4) guests will begin their day with a smoothie or juice and a chosen activity, perhaps a swim or a beach walk. This is around the time we will offer your first microdose and invite you to join a yoga or body movement class. We will then enjoy a nourishing and healthy breakfast as a group. After our morning classes, guests are invited to join one of our optional classes, sit with one of our facilitators, explore the local community and sites, enjoy the beach, go for a nature hike or bike ride. Between classes, around noon, guests will be offered a light lunch and their second microdose

During your down time, we encourage you to book your inclusive 30 min massage with our registered Shiatsu and Sotai Massage Therapist or sit down with one of our facilitators for a one-on-one session. We have many activities to fill your free time, such as reading from our library of wellness books & magazines, engaging in an art-therapy project, cycling, hiking or simply exploring our safe and inviting local area and nearby attractions.

Guests are invited to enjoy the pool and beach at their leisure, however after dark we ask that guests stay on the villa grounds. Before sunset our group will reunite for a meditation or restorative body movement class.

After sunset we will share a family style meal and discuss their experiences, feelings, questions… or simply enjoy good company.

On Day 5 of your journey, we will explore our private beach together and enjoy a seaside meal with a closing fire ceremony.


Please Note

Guests may microdose up to three times a day. We offer the microdose formulation with your morning walk or swim, again after breakfast, and then again just after lunch. Some guests find that one dose with breakfast is ideal, however those more familiar with microdosing may want to enjoy the formulation throughout the day to maintain a sustained glow.
